Earlier Stone Age
In the days before agriculture, human beings pretty much had to go out and kill or pick their meals from nature. Sporadic nuts, berries, certain vegetables, and animal fat and protein is what our genetic makeup has evolved from. We have evolved to thrive on this type of food. Healthier and more active humans lived during those times. Going to a grocery store or taking out payday loans was not needed for them to get food. The claim that people did not live long due to their diets is false, as they died from being prey rather than from diseases. Once the many bone analyses were completed on the Paleolithic man, it was revealed that modern diseases did not exist back then.
The Current Time
Fast forwarding to today, we see many health issues and diseases that come from digesting foods that do not cooperate with our genetic makeup. Paleo eaters never took in grains as a part of their diet. It is also known that they did not eat potatoes, beans or peanuts in this way of eating. Agriculture has introduced us to these foods, and are a staple in the modern diet. A lot of diseases and illnesses have afflicted the modern man as a result of these new foods.
High Price of Health Care
The costs of health care today have soared far beyond what any reasonable person can pay without the help of a few payday loans. Even with them, it is too expensive. There is something more sinister going on beyond the costs. There is no health involved in health care, which is why it should be renamed Sick Care. The medical industry sees patients as dollar signs, rather than people. The patient must be kept sick, so they keep spending money on medicine. Health care costs would not even be an issue if we ate like our Paleo ancestors.

In what is affectionately known as the “Paleo Diet”, the founders have outlined the basic foods our ancestors ate. It is agreed that the basic foods are the same, but there are many items that are disagreed on. Vegetables and fruits that can be eaten raw safely is okay. You can eat most fruits, vegetables, and berries. Eating grains, roots, tubers and beans are not healthy for you, as they must be cooked a long time to take out the toxic elements. Our ancestors actually ate meat raw, though many people today prefer to cook it. Though popular opinion says otherwise, we need saturated fat for health. You Can Save Money on Health Care
Many people can save money on health care just by following what our ancestors ate many, many years ago. It is possible to avoid payday loans for health care as well. Our hospitals are full of people with diseases that could have been avoided by cutting grains from their diets. I cannot tell you what to eat.
